Asst. Manager, Procurement Operations
Job Description
Responsible for supporting and assisting regional procurement operations in alignment with the overall procurement strategy. They will collaborate with the Procurement Manager, oversee procurement activities within the designated region, and ensure efficient procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the Procurement Manager in developing strategies and policies
- Lead and manage the procurement operations team
- Identify and analyze procurement needs for goods and services
- Oversee the Procure to Pay process in the region
- Manage PO issuance, delivery tracking, and invoice submission
- Prepare reports on KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Acts as a liaison between the regional team and category sourcing team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 - 8 Years of experience
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic
