Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Chilled Water / Chiller & District Cooling Technician who is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of chilled water systems, central plants, and district cooling interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs
- Monitor operational parameters of chilled water systems
- Coordinate with control technicians for BMS alarms
Qualifications
- Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HVAC maintenance
- Experience in York, Carrier, Trane, Daikin, or McQuay chillers preferred
