Performance Controller – Container Yard Operations
Job Description
The Performance Controller is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving operational performance across all yard activities at our MEDLOG Saudi Arabia facility.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational performance against KPIs.
- Track container movements and backlog.
- Prepare performance reports and maintain dashboards.
- Optimize yard utilization and reduce congestion.
- Coordinate with Yard Supervisors and Control Tower.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years in terminal operations.
