Production Manager – Labels
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager – Labels to oversee and manage end-to-end label production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production planning, quality control, cost optimization, and timely delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations for label manufacturing
- Plan and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines
- Ensure quality standards are met across all production stages
- Optimize machine utilization, materials, and manpower
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and supply chain teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Train, supervise, and motivate production staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial / Production Management
- 7–10 years of experience in label manufacturing or printing industry
- Strong knowledge of flexo, offset, or digital label printing processes
- Experience handling label converting, die-cutting, and finishing
- Proven leadership and people management skills
