Job Description
Lead and coordinate stewarding across all shifts at Calo’s Qatar Central Production Unit. Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are met. This is a shift-based role in a temperature-controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate stewarding across all shifts
- Assign cleaning zones and tasks
- Ensure correct use of cleaning chemicals and PPE
- Minimize waste through effective storage and labeling
- Follow daily cleaning plans and ensure timely delivery of equipment
- Maintain due diligence checks adhering to HACCP standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Steward or Team lead (2-4 years minimum)
- Proficient with health and safety, HACCP standards
- Proficient in English communication
