Job Description
Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis at Etihad Airways. Plan, direct, and supervise the airport operation, ensuring team and service provider performance meeting safety, security, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis
- Responsible for safety and security outcomes through hazard identification and reporting
- Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control and SOC for operational disruption recovery
- Deliver and rehearse station emergency response plans
- Promote airport ancillary sales and customer service standards
- Make day-to-day operational decisions to manage risk
Qualifications
- Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent)
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience within service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry
- Previous exposure to highly pressured and multicultural environment in a supervisory role
