Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the operational performance of mall and hospitality assets. The role is responsible for service continuity, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency across high-traffic facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations (SLA/KPI based)
- Ensure performance of MEP, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Oversee contractors and specialist vendors
- Enforce HSE and regulatory compliance
- Control operating budgets and monitor OPEX
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- 10–12 years of proven experience in Facilities Management
- Experience managing malls and hospitality facilities
