Job Description

We are seeking a Learning Coordinator (Saudi Nationality) to join our pre-opening team at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. In this role, you will assist the Learning & Development Manager in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the Learning Department, in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies, brand standards, and culture of care.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Learning & Development Manager in daily operations
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for training sessions
  • Assist in maintaining learning records and attendance databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs
  • Contribute to the coordination of social and recognition events
  • Handle departmental administrative tasks and document filing
  • Serve as point of contact for learning-related inquiries

Qualifications

  • Saudi Nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, preferably in Human Resources or Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Human Resources or Training Coordinator role
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
