Job Description
Plans, coordinates, and oversees all aspects of a lift for safety and compliance, focusing on leadership, risk management, and crew supervision. Plan and supervise all lifting activities in accordance with the lifting plan and risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise all lifting activities
- Ensure lifting equipment is certified and inspected
- Coordinate with crane operators and riggers
- Monitor site conditions and adjust plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Maintain records of lifting operations
