Customer Success Manager
Job Description
Our Customer Success Managers work closely with our top customers to understand their fleet and unique challenges, advising on how to customize Samsara for their needs and becoming their long-term partner.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers increase safety and efficiency using the Samsara IoT platform.
- Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives and metrics.
- Orchestrate executive business reviews with decision-makers.
- Conduct workshops to understand operations and recommend workflow changes.
- Understand platform capabilities and explain them to various business types.
- Serve as a mentor to wider teams.
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or strategic consulting role
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
