Job Description
Provide customers with product training and technical support to improve the utilization and satisfaction of Mindray MIS products. Develop spare parts supply system and service product sales in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer training and instrument service needs
- Technical support for Mindray Medical Imaging Systems
- Provide technical training for distributor service teams
- Establish spare parts supply system
- Assist IT project implementation at end-user side
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of customer service-related experience in medical industry.
