Director of IT Operations
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of IT Operations to lead and optimize our IT infrastructure, service management, and operations across our offices, dark stores, and cloud kitchens. This is a senior leadership role, based at our Riyadh HQ, critical to ensuring seamless IT operations that support our fast-growing business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ IT professionals
- Oversee the design, deployment, and management of IT infrastructure
- Manage the IT Helpdesk and maintain SLAs
- Implement and manage IT security policies and access control
- Oversee call center technologies
- Manage relationships with external vendors
- Develop and manage the IT operations budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure
- 3-5 years in a leadership role
