Responsibilities
- Partner with the company to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative strategies
- Present qualified candidates to the hiring team
- Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain a clear pipeline and track progress
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based structure
- Adept at sourcing talent through social media, job boards, and networking
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently
