Job Description
Camp Boss needed for a PSV/DP2 vessel operating in Qatar. Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of kitchen, housekeeping, and laundry services. Plan menus and schedule meal preparation. Monitor inventory and food wastage. Ensure hygiene standards. Assign duties to galley staff. Requirements: Proven experience overseeing catering on offshore vessels. Strong leadership skills. Fluent in English. Salary: USD80 per day.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of kitchen, housekeeping, and laundry services
- Plan menus and schedule meal preparation to meet crew requirements
- Monitor inventory, stock usage, and food wastage; reorder supplies
- Ensure food storage, preparation, and serving comply with hygiene standards
- Assign duties to galley and cleaning staff; oversee performance
- Coordinate with vessel management for provisioning logistics
- Maintain records of inventory and operational activities
- Support safety drills and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience overseeing catering and accommodation operations on offshore vessels
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Must be physically fit and able to work offshore
- Fluent in spoken and written English
