Client Support Administration
Job Description
ITA is seeking a Client Support Administrator to join the team in Jordan. Direct support will be provided to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron performing Base Security Operations and Support services. The Contractor shall manage systems, provide technical support, and ensure security compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage system backups and perform crash recoveries
- Monitor and update security measures
- Provide technical support for office automation applications
- Oversee installation of security patches and perform diagnostics
- Serve as primary IT Equipment Custodian
- Act as Telecommunications Protection/Emissions Security (TEMPEST) Monitor
- Administer the unit's SharePoint site
- Manage SIPRNET accounts and educate personnel on network security
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience in computer systems administration support
- DoDD 8570 Technical Compliant IAT Level II certification
- Proficiency in SharePoint Administration functions
- Proficiency in DoD Network Account creation process
- Current state and Government Driver’s License
- DoD approved SECRET security clearance
