Job Description
To provide comprehensive human resources and administrative support to the IFRC Dubai Hub, ensuring staff wellbeing, operational efficiency, and full compliance with IFRC policies and UAE regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end national staff recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinate performance management processes
- Review monthly payroll inputs
- Ensure efficient office administration
- Liaison with UAE authorities and National Societies
