Responsibilities
- Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with ride scheduling and cancellations
- De-escalate concerns from clients and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records of customer profiles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service or call center
- Prior experience in healthcare or paratransit preferred
