Job Description
Lead growth initiatives across global regions — USA, EMEA, and APAC. Manage strategic accounts and drive revenue expansion in semiconductor IP and silicon solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Manage key accounts to achieve revenue targets
- Forecast sales pipelines and identify opportunities
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- BSEE or MSEE preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in semiconductor industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience with interface subsystems or security IP
