Job Description

Lead growth initiatives across global regions — USA, EMEA, and APAC. Manage strategic accounts and drive revenue expansion in semiconductor IP and silicon solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies
  • Manage key accounts to achieve revenue targets

Qualifications

  • BSEE or MSEE preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with interface subsystems or security IP
