Project HR/Finance Manager (Mobile Staff Pool)
Job Description
Médecins Sans Frontières is recruiting a Project HR/Finance Manager to work on projects globally as part of the Mobile Staff Pool. You will plan, coordinate, and implement HR and Financial activities and policies in the project according to legal obligations and MSF protocols.
Responsibilities
- Calculating and monitoring project HR and Financial operational needs.
- Planning and supervising recruitment, training, and induction of project staff.
- Ensuring hiring and contract termination formalities are according to local laws.
- Supervising payroll procedures.
- Implementing workflows for cash management, purchase procedures, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensuring transparent accounting practices and full traceability of documents.
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, management, or administration.
- Essential working experience of at least two years in relevant jobs.
- Fluent in English and French (essential).
