Job Description
Position: Buyer and Purchasing Agent
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $60–$80/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities:
- Create structured deliverables based on common procurement and purchasing workflows.
- Apply real-world sourcing and vendor management expertise to support AI research initiatives.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve accuracy, clarity, and operational relevance.
- Translate purchasing processes, negotiation strategies, and supply chain considerations into clear documentation.
- Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project timelines and quality standards.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment
