Senior Project Manager
Job Description
Capio Group is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to be a part of a team to provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) services, consultation, and support for a client Case Management project.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an overall project schedule for OCM activities.
- Conduct baseline assessments and gap analysis (as-is vs to-be).
- Develop a Change Management Action/Communication Plan.
- Establish branding and core messaging for change initiatives.
- Facilitate kickoff meetings with Project Teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize agreed-upon metrics to measure success of the change initiative.
- Develop and deliver a Change Management Closure Report.
Qualifications
- Must have seven (7) years of experience applying Project Management principles.
- At least four (4) years must have been as a senior PM of large or complex IT projects.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Must have three (3) years of experience applying Organizational Change Management methodologies.
