Demand Planning Specialist (Export)
Job Description
Perfetti Van Melle is looking for a Demand Planning Specialist (Export) to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing export demand planning and forecasting activities, improving forecast accuracy, and supporting production and supply decisions.
Responsibilities
- Leading export demand planning and forecasting processes
- Managing export demand forecasts using SAP Tools
- Communicating short & long term solutions between Production Planning and Export Countries
- Collaborating with Export Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams
- Owning and improving service level and forecast accuracy
- Monitoring production requirements and identifying risks like out-of-stock.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Planning
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Proficiency in demand forecasting methodologies and tools like SAP and Arkieva
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
