Executive Assistant to the General Manager
Job Description
Role involves supporting the General Manager Turkey with daily administrative duties, calendar management, travel logistics, and acting as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage GM's calendar and prepare expense reports
- Coordinate virtual meetings and online file organization
- Lead internal communication processes and posts
- Coordinate internal events and town halls
- Organize travel logistics and itineraries
- Oversee office logistics and building management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive assistance or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools
- Fluency in written and spoken business English
- Bachelor’s degree
