Responsibilities

  • Manage GM's calendar and prepare expense reports
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and online file organization
  • Lead internal communication processes and posts
  • Coordinate internal events and town halls
  • Organize travel logistics and itineraries
  • Oversee office logistics and building management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive assistance or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools
  • Fluency in written and spoken business English
  • Bachelor’s degree
