Area Maintenance Head
Job Description
To guarantee that daily maintenance activities (corrective, preventive and predictive for mechanical, I/E and rotating equipment) of the plant are carried out by the Contractor, in compliance with safety, environment and quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability and operation continuity.
Responsibilities
- Execution of all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors
- Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution
- Provide required support to planning, scheduling and other supervisors
- Participate in the development of area strategic plans
- Review and enhance knowledge of personnel through training
- Follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 12+ years' experience of refinery or Petrochemical Plant Maintenance
- Fluent in writing and reading English
