Senior HR & Admin Executive ( Hospitality Experience )
Job Description
We are hiring a Senior HR & Admin Executive to manage and support overall Human Resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate must have solid UAE HR experience, preferably within hospitality, holiday homes, or facilities management, with strong exposure to managing shift-based and blue-collar employees.
Responsibilities
- Handle complete HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and WPS guidelines
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift planning
- Oversee office administration and vendor coordination
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in HR and Administration
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, and WPS payroll compliance
