Middle International Recruiter
Job Description
N-iX is looking for a Middle International Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiations across Europe, the US, and Latin America. You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience aligned with global policies.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through international job boards and social media
- Build and maintain a pipeline of global IT professionals
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English and Polish
