Patient Communications Associate - Full-Time - Remote
Job Description
The Patient Communications Associate leverages technology to improve patient experience and communication by scheduling appointments and managing outgoing patient engagement activities like texting, emailing, and robocalls.
Responsibilities
- Outreach to patients using text messages, group messages, and phone calls
- Running regular and ad hoc reports
- Updating patient message settings
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Update patient health records in management systems
- Portal support and setup for patients
Qualifications
- Minimum of Associates Degree or Medical Assistant Certificate required
- One year experience required
- Computer literacy and skill in the use of software applications
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
