Seeking a Customer Experience Insights Professional to join Trendyol Growth. You will leverage local knowledge to help shape strategies, improve customer experience, and drive business growth through uncovering local consumer insights in the Gulf.

Responsibilities

  • Discover key consumer insights that inform growth strategies
  • Manage end-to-end research processes
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights
  • Analyze customer feedback from multiple channels
  • Benchmark competitors and perform test orders
  • Propose new research projects and methodologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years experience in service sectors (FMCG, finance, telecom) or market research agencies
  • Native in Arabic
