Job Description

Bel Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin & HR Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, providing administrative support, and ensuring a productive work environment. Key focus areas include HR activities such as payroll management, employee engagement, and recruitment, along with office facilities management, financial administration, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient work environment
  • Manage office supplies inventory and maintenance of equipment
  • Implement office policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support including travel arrangements and correspondence
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
  • Process invoices and manage petty cash
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement
  • Support the recruitment process and candidate screening
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees
  • Act as a liaison between HR and various functions
  • Oversee special projects assigned by management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably within a multinational company
  • Saudi National is a must
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
