HR Support & Office Manager
Job Description
Bel Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin & HR Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, providing administrative support, and ensuring a productive work environment. Key focus areas include HR activities such as payroll management, employee engagement, and recruitment, along with office facilities management, financial administration, and vendor relations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient work environment
- Manage office supplies inventory and maintenance of equipment
- Implement office policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support including travel arrangements and correspondence
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
- Process invoices and manage petty cash
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- Support the recruitment process and candidate screening
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees
- Act as a liaison between HR and various functions
- Oversee special projects assigned by management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably within a multinational company
- Saudi National is a must
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
