Job Description
This role blends project management, learning design, and operational excellence to build and scale learning that drives merchant growth, trust, and partnership excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact sales training content grounded in real AE workflows
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create engaging, practice-based learning experiences
- Author, edit, and review enablement content ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Manage project level enablement operations
- Measure program effectiveness using sales performance data, learner feedback, and adoption analytics
- Support virtual and live facilitation where needed
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning Design, or Sales Training
- Formal education, certification, or training in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Learning Experience Design
- Proven success building or facilitating sales training for acquisition-focused teams
- Strong project management skills
- Language fluency in at least one of the following: Spanish (LATAM), German, French (European), Japanese, or Taiwanese
- Proficiency with learning design tools and systems, such as Rise, Seismic, Articulate, Captivate, or Figma
