Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to coordinate the work of an Agile development team and support the end-to-end product development lifecycle. This role is responsible for planning, facilitating, and optimizing Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, backlog reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master partners closely with clients, end users, product management, and development leadership to ensure business requirements are well understood and Agile best practices are consistently applied.
Responsibilities
- Plan, facilitate, and lead all Scrum ceremonies
- Coach the team on Scrum principles and Agile processes
- Identify, remove, and escalate impediments
- Partner with Development Managers for planning and capacity management
- Monitor risks and delivery issues
- Collaborate with clients to clarify business requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of related experience in manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with new product introduction (NPI) & GMP and new process development from SCRUM perspective
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or engineering field OR equivalent work experience
