Head of Product Marketing
Job Description
We are partnering with a global B2B Logistics Automation Leader to appoint a Head of Product Marketing. This is a critical leadership role focused on building and leading the downstream GTM function within Marketing — creating the framework, processes and structure that shape how products are positioned, launched, and communicated globally.
Responsibilities
- Defining the long-term vision & strategy
- Defining product, solution, and portfolio-level narratives
- Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales and Sales Enablement
- Lead the persona development and provide competitive positioning intelligence
- Leading marketing GTM for all launches
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in B2B technology (ideally hardware + software)
- A proven track record of leading or building a GTM / Product Marketing function
- Deep expertise in positioning, messaging, and global product launches
