Job Description
City University Ajman is seeking a proactive HR Officer to support the effective delivery of HR operations and services, ensuring compliance with University policies and UAE labor regulations. This role covers the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and contract management
- Assist in recruitment activities and candidate communication
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing and Emirates ID documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Support payroll inputs and leave management
- Handle employee queries and provide HR guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory
- Proven experience in an HR Officer or similar HR operations role
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
