Job Description
We are a leading steel fabrication and construction organization in Kuwait. We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer – Steel Structures to supervise and coordinate steel structure works, review drawings, ensure compliance with quality standards, and manage resources effectively.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret Structural GA drawings, shop drawings, and connection details
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on technical matters
- Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards
- Manage manpower, materials, and schedules
- Prepare progress reports and technical documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on steel structure experience
- Strong knowledge of steel construction and erection practices
- Familiarity with steel design codes (AISC, Eurocode, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- English Required
