Digital Analytics Insights Manager
Job Description
Leads all reporting and analytics across RX digital ecosystem to ensure complete, consistent, and accurate tracking of user interactions, enabling insight-driven optimization of guest journeys, performance measurement, and campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Lead all reporting and analytics across the digital ecosystem
- Leverage platforms like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Contentsquare
- Work with Product Owners to translate business needs into data-driven decisions
- Validate key digital events and identify data gaps
- Explore automation opportunities to future-proof analytics infrastructure
Qualifications
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 6 years experience in digital analytics
