Real Estate Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description
We need a real estate lead generation machine who knows how to create high-quality, high-intent leads fast — without wasting budget. Your goal: Generate a consistent flow of qualified (HOT) leads through professional marketing systems, optimized campaigns, and strict performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Run and optimize paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok
- Build high-performance lead generation funnels
- Execute retargeting & remarketing campaigns
- Manage social media content calendars
- Ensure branding is consistent across all platforms
- Set up and optimize CRM pipelines
- Create & manage landing pages
- Weekly reporting on KPIs, CPL, ROI, and strategy
Qualifications
- At least 1 year in marketing
- Must have real estate experience (Dubai preferred)
