IT Project Manager | Casablanca (Morocco)
Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage IT projects related to the digitalization of HR processes (HRIS, recruitment, payroll). You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from definition to production launch, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and define project scope
- Manage IT projects related to HR systems
- Write and approve functional and technical specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams and oversee external service providers
- Track progress using performance indicators and anticipate risks
- Organize and conduct tests, acceptance phases, and production launches
- Provide training and support to users for change management
Qualifications
- State Engineer's degree in IT
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management
