Job Description
We are a growing real estate company in Dubai seeking a HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, support HR operations, and help us build a strong and motivated workforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior roles
- Partner with management on workforce planning and HR strategy
- Manage complete employee lifecycle (hiring to exit)
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and MOHRE regulations
- Handle HR documentation, contracts, warnings, and terminations
- Oversee performance management, appraisals, and KPIs
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Support compensation, incentives, and retention strategies
- Drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential HR records
