Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Operations to join our team supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and control for all contract activities in support of Justice and Homeland Security agency IT Services
- Serve as the single authoritative Point of Contact (POC) between the contractor and Government
- Exercise full authority to commit contractor resources, make binding decisions, and resolve issues
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Program Management Plan (PgMP)
- Ensure all work is performed within cost, schedule, and performance parameters
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and potential performance impacts
- Lead program execution meetings, status briefings, and ad hoc reviews
- Coordinate across all functional areas (network operations, cybersecurity, databases, help desk, etc.)
Qualifications
- Top Secret clearance
- PMP certification
- 10+ years of Federal IT program management experience
- Experience with DHS, DOJ, or FBI is highly desired
- US Citizenship
