Shift Manager – Workshop
Job Description
To ensure that the Almarai Fleet repair and maintenance and asset management are carried out within the agreed plan and manufacturer guidelines. Lead a large multicultural team and monitor operating costs.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety initiatives and risk assessments
- Manage a large multicultural team
- Oversee maintenance of tractors, reefers, and tankers
- Monitor operating costs against budget
- Conduct annual SOP reviews
- Ensure high standards in workshop practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
- 5–7 years as a Heavy Vehicle Workshop Manager or Supervisor
- Knowledge of trailer refrigeration and road haulage developments
