Job Description
Orchestrate Consulting Group is finding a Remote Customer Service Agent for an Education Technology employer. You will handle inquiries regarding orders, websites, and digital products via phone, email, and live chat. This is a work-from-home position with assets provided.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries regarding orders, registrations, and general product questions
- Navigate multiple internal software applications during customer calls
- Identify and report on trends that lead to improvements
