Job Description
The HUB Leader role is a critical commercial leadership position focused on strengthening operational excellence, driving commercial performance, elevating customer experience, and ensuring we deliver the highest level of partnership and support across the HUB.
Responsibilities
- Directly contribute to achieving commercial, operational, and strategic goals across all Business Units
- Establish budgets, define short- and long-range plans, and develop key performance criteria
- Ensure sales strategies are fully aligned with Business Unit priorities
- Oversee new product and market introductions
- Lead and develop diverse, cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in medical device sector
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, finance, or management
- Fluent English and Arabic communication skills
