Retail Manager (Store Based) - SKIMS
Job Description
As a Retail Manager (store based) for our SKIMS flagship store, you will be responsible to lead and oversee the operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience, over achievement of all store related targets and strong team performance across the store. Responsible for driving a high-performance culture, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets through effective leadership and operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, implementing strategies and action plans to develop the business
- Ensure the store delivers an industry leading service culture at all times
- Stay informed on market trends related to the industry, product categories, customer preferences, and competitor activity
- Prepare sales analyses and reports on operational performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour
- Track sales performance against forecasts, analyze trends and leverage insights to drive sales growth
- 360 P&L awareness and implement strategies to protect profit and manage cost lines
- Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team
- Oversee all aspects of stock management across the brand
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure consistent implementation of brand VM standards
- Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing initiatives
- Enforce and monitor compliance with store operations policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and motivation to team members to drive high performance
