Job Description

This role will oversee learning, career frameworks, and succession planning to build organisational capability. Our client is a large reputable organisation known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. The Senior Manager will develop and implement Talent Management and Learning & Development strategies, design career management frameworks, and execute coaching and mentoring programmes for key talent. The role also involves conducting training needs analysis, recommending annual training budgets, and assessing readiness of successors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Talent Management and Learning & Development strategies
  • Design career management frameworks and succession planning policies
  • Execute coaching and mentoring programmes for key talent
  • Conduct training needs analysis and recommend annual training budgets
  • Monitor implementation of career paths and talent initiatives
  • Assess readiness of successors and link development needs to L&D plans
  • Collaborate with consultants and training providers for programme delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years in senior L&D roles within large organisations
  • At least 5 years within an L&D department for 400+ employees
  • Proven experience in competency frameworks, career development, succession planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or HR
  • CIPD/SPHR certifications preferred
