Job Description
To provide Accounting assistance to the Production Team - dealing with all matters that arise during the course of the Production and to provide regular Final Cost and projection information to Production Executive and Head of Production. This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Vendor Invoices are properly coded and authorised for payment
- Liaise with Accounts Payable on all payables issues
- Manage and reconcile Production Pre-Paid Cards
- Manage and reconcile expenditure incurred on Production Credit Cards
- Deal with T&E expenses using the Concur system
- Assist Production Managers with monthly Actual Cost Reporting against Budget
- Proactively analyze production spend and revenue
- Liaise with accounting staff in other departments
Qualifications
- Studying for a recognised Accounting Qualification (such as SOCPA license training)
- University Degree or equivalent in a Accounting related subject
- Must be numerate and able to organise and deal with multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Saudi National Only
