Job Description

Territory Field Sales Manager is responsible to lead Merchandising Team to develop perfect store standards in National Key Accounts, Local Key Accounts and Gas Station Supermarkets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Merchandising Team in responsible region
  • Develop perfect store standards
  • Directly report to National Field Sales Manager
  • Manage and develop talent
  • Conduct management reporting

Qualifications

  • +3 years' experience in FMCG sector
  • Previous successful experience leading field sales teams
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
  • EDV (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge
