Responsibilities
- Create global change management framework
- Drive organization-level change strategy
- Engage with stakeholders for project buy-in
- Oversee execution of change initiatives
- Plan and execute communications and engagement strategy
- Conduct change impact assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Science
- PROSCI certification preferred
- 5+ years hands-on change management experience
