Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our holiday homes/property management portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new property owners, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, knowledge of Dubai real estate/holiday homes, and the ability to close deals confidently.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new property owners/landlords for holiday home management (portfolio growth)
- Pitch our services and close agreements (commission/revenue share model)
- Build relationships with brokers, developers, and real estate agencies for leads/referrals
- Conduct market research (pricing, competitor benchmarking, target communities)
- Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting (CRM/Excel)
- Attend meetings, property visits, and networking events
- Support marketing initiatives and partnership campaigns
Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in business development/sales (Dubai real estate preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing ability
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional
- English required (Arabic/Hindi a plus)
