Job Description
Bayut is the number one property portal in the Kingdom. As a Sales Manager, you will develop strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets and lead a high-performing real estate sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor team performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 - 5 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
- Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
- Proficiency in CRM software
