Job Description
Contribute to the success of the organization by effectively using sales techniques to convert prospective owners into purchasers.
Responsibilities
- Answer owner questions regarding properties
- Follow up on referrals/leads
- Give sales presentations following Consultative Sales Process
- Process sales contracts and loan applications
- Coordinate virtual tours for guests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in English and Italian
